    As a result of conversations with the IRS and upon the advice of legal counsel, Cincy Reigns, Inc. has withdrawn the Form 1023 application it filed with the IRS in order to seek 501(c)(3) status. While Cincy Reigns, Inc. still exists as a Ohio nonprofit entity, donations to the entity will not be tax deductible under federal law. If you already made a donation to Cincy Reigns, Inc., please notify your tax professional about this decision. If you still wish to make a donation to a local 501(c)(3) entity that works with Cincinnati athletes, please let us know and we can connect you with that charitable entity.
