Cincy Reigns Donation Terms and Conditions Agreement
By checking this box, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for your donation to Cincy Reigns:
Donation Use: Your donation will be allocated to the sport designated in your contribution form. Should you wish to change this allocation, contact us directly, and we'll accommodate your request where possible.
Refund Policy: Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if an error has occurred or you wish to discuss your donation, please reach out. We aim to be reasonable and will do our best to address your concerns.
Information Sharing and Communication Consent: By donating, you consent to the sharing of your information with our partners, notably the University of Cincinnati and the University of Cincinnati Foundation, for the purposes of coordination, recognition, and communication related to our activities and opportunities. You also agree to receive communications from Cincy Reigns via email, phone, and/or text messaging. We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Tax Deductibility: Cincy Reigns, Inc., a nonprofit, has applied for tax-exempt status under Sec. 501(c)(3) with the IRS. Cincy Reigns, LLC, a for-profit entity, handles NIL deals for University of Cincinnati student athletes. Donations are presumed for Cincy Reigns, Inc. Consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement will first seek resolution through mediation, followed by arbitration, if necessary, in accordance with the laws of Ohio.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.Amendment Procedure: Cincy Reigns reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Changes will be communicated to donors via email and updated on our website.
Limitation of Liability: Cincy Reigns shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the donation.
Non-affiliation Statement: Cincy Reigns, Inc. and Cincy Reigns, LLC are independently operated entities, and while we collaborate with the University of Cincinnati and the University of Cincinnati Foundation, we are not directly affiliated with these institutions.
Intellectual Property: All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed in relation to this agreement are owned by Cincy Reigns or their respective owners.
